METHODS OF PAYMENT
All payments are processed through Paypal, but you don't need to have a Paypal account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We don't accept money orders or personal checks. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. Only $9.99 on international shipping!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. Items that are custom made or have a longer lead-time will have specific information about shipping on the item's page. If there is any other reason for a delay on you order, you will be notified. Each item is packed carefully to make sure your order arrives to you in the best possible condition.

SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY
All US orders are shipped through Ground for free (1-5 business days). If you would like to receive your order faster, please select 2nd Day or Next Day delivery at checkout

International orders usually take 6-10 business days to be delivered. Average number of days may vary based upon origin, destination and time of year (holidays). International shipping fees are just $9.99. 

DUTIES AND TAXES
All our prices include sales tax. We will not be held responsible for any extra duty fees or taxes charged by customs in your state or country. All duties and taxes are sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We offer a full refund or return option to all unused items in saleable condition returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping is non-refundable. Contact costumer service - customerservice@anaromerodesign.com - to process your return and get your return shipping label.

If a returned item has clearly been worn or used, we reserve the right to refuse/deny the return or full refund.
We also reserve the right to only process a partial refund in such case.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
We take care that all items are packed and shipped in the best way possible but if an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact the costumer service and return it whithin 15 days of delivery. We will ship you an identical item or issue a refund, if such item is no longer available. We will not replace unreported damaged items more than 15 days after receipt of product. We will not be held responsible for missing or lost items if the order has been sent to the correct address.

SECURITY
All payments are processed through Paypal. We do not have access to your credit card or banking details at any moment.
